1. Who processes your data

2. This website does not use cookies
We do not store any cookies or other data on your device. The site uses no analytics tools, no tracking pixels, no social media plugins, no embedded maps and no embedded videos.
All files - images, styles and the script - are loaded solely from this site's own server. Your browser does not connect to any third party in the background.
That is why we do not ask you for cookie consent - there is nothing here to consent to.
If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for consent before anything is stored on your device.
3. What data is processed
When you get in touch - only the data you provide yourself: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the content of your message and information about the property your enquiry concerns.
Server logs - the hosting provider automatically records the IP address, the date and time of the request and the browser type. This serves security and fault diagnosis.
Contact form - name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and the content of the message. Sending requires ticking the consent to be contacted. The message goes directly to the controller's mailbox without any external service in between - the form is handled by a script running on the same server as the website.
The form does not store data in any database and does not set cookies.

5. How long we keep the data
- correspondence that did not lead to cooperation - 12 months

6. Who the data may be shared with
- AfterMarket.pl - the provider maintaining the server the website runs on
- the e-mail provider - mailbox in the wp.pl domain
- the accounting office and legal advisers, where necessary
- state authorities, where required by law
Data is never sold and is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing and to data portability. You may also object to processing based on the controller's legitimate interest.
You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Providing data is voluntary, but without it contact and handling your case will not be possible.
8. Links to other services
The website contains links to Facebook and Google Maps. Once you click them you leave this site and the privacy rules of those services apply. Until you click, no data is sent there.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, for example after analytics tools are added. The date of the last change appears at the top of the document.
